Working side by side perfecting generations of family recipes with his mom, grandmother and aunts/uncles. He would be helping out with the cooking on the holidays, family functions or events with friends and family.. The inherited love of family, friends, and food has led to the opening of Zeke's Cajun Kitchen in Beaumont, Texas. We are proud to share our homemade from scratch favorites with you. Jamai's specialties are his famous crawfish boils, gumbo, chili and jambalaya.
